Reservations & FAQs
To help ensure a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for all guests, please find our reservation information and frequently asked questions below.
Do I need to reserve a table?
Reservations are highly recommended, particularly at weekends and during busy periods, as our restaurant has limited seating.
Where can I reserve a table?
Tables can be reserved directly through our website using the Reserve a Table button.
How long is my table reserved for?
To ensure all guests can enjoy a relaxed dining experience, tables are allocated for a set period based on party size:
-
Tables of 2–3 guests: 1 hour 30 minutes
-
Tables of 4 or more guests: 2 hours
If you feel you may require longer, please contact us before booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call and let us know. We will hold your table for up to 10 minutes after your reservation time.
If we have not heard from you,
we may need to release the table to other guests.
What is the maximum party size you can accommodate?
Due to the intimate size and layout of our restaurant, the maximum party size we can accommodate is 7 guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your reservation, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a charge of £20 per guest.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. As an independent restaurant, cash payments are always appreciated,
although guests are welcome to pay by card if preferred.
Can we split the bill?
As an independent restaurant, we kindly ask that each table settles the bill with a single payment method.
This helps us keep card processing costs to a minimum and is greatly appreciated.
Is ground floor seating available?
Little Italy is set within a characterful old townhouse over two floors.
Guests with limited mobility are kindly asked to request ground floor seating when booking.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where possible.
Please inform us at the time of booking and speak with your server when dining with us.
Can I bring my own celebration cake?
You're welcome to bring your own celebration cake. A £15 cakeage fee applies and includes storage, presentation and serving.
Do you provide high chairs or baby changing facilities?
Little Italy is a small intimate restaurant with limited space, we are unfortunately unable to provide high chairs or baby changing facilities.
We also do not offer a children’s menu or smaller children’s portions.
Are dogs allowed?
Whilst we are dog lovers, pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.
